You're shaping is pretty good. That's a great effort for a third pipe. Keep it up! PM incoming.

That's pretty dadburn good for only your 3rd pipe sir, most people miss the slight forward cant of the bowl on a billiard. Not a stem I would have used on a billiard but, hey its not mine either.

I have been studying Billiards since the pipe makers forum suggested I use that. However, this one came to me drilled and semi carved. I would rather have had a different stem as well, but its what it had. The bowl was oval with nearly half an inch of material on the for and aft ends while the sides were right over 1/4. Some of the refinement is a direct result of the suggestion on the makers forum.

Looking good man, especially for just a 3rd pipe... by hand!

Thought since I am posting for critique as much as to show off I'd give the topside view. As you can see, the shape isn't symmetrical, I took a bit much off the front. I am extremely happy with the stain, its my first attempt to contrast.

Thank you! All of you. The real test will be when my orders from Harbor Freight and Vermont Freehand arrive. Then I make my first pipe from scratch.

Very nice. The Billiard is a difficult shape to get right.
Keep ‘em coming!
