Oh, and the technology for chips small enough to go thru the hypodermic needle doesn't exist yet. I did, however, have a client tell me that the touchless thermometers actually caused damage to the pineal gland. That's odd, given that those devices don't emit any signals...but I'm just me, what do I know.

Hah! I read somewhere that a high percentage of library books test positive for cocaine as well... everything from children's books to 50 Shades of Grey (the latter tested positive for... other substances, too).

When I worked in public library, I remember handling The Joy of Sex with gloves...for the very same reason.

So what happens when power goes out or something else, businesses cant run your credit card, you need something? Cash might work.

I am also in favor of the government tracking you. 😎🤠 I hate to break it to you, but if you have a cell phone, not only are they tracking you, they can turn it on and listen in and watch through the camera remotely. The tracking can be shut off. Ditto the camera. There is nothing to fear from phones if precautions are taken.

The cash registers do not work so no business can be transacted. You might find some sturdy independent store owner who is able to carry on. Most stores have staff who cannot make change if the Register does not tell them.

The only way to truly be sure is remove the battery. Truth. I have a work-issued ipad, and the company can access this device and its location and file system anytime, regardless of user settings. Turn off all location settings including gps... but the company can remotely find it. Put it in airplane mode, but they can still communicate with it. I've woken up with this ipad in airplane mode to discover new company apps pushed to it overnight. We've had more than one guy fired for calling in sick, and then being busted for being on vacation in Europe, because they were dumb enough to bring their company ipad with them and the company pinged the location (even though it was off). They do make you sign a disclaimer understanding you have no privacy rights when you pick up your device, which your cell phone provider does not, but the point is that the technology exists. If law enforcement has a reason to track your phone, and a warrant, they 100% can do so even if you've turned it off. So, if you're the type who believes the government would abuse such technology, then... you're being tracked and there's nothing you can do about it. Me personally, I'm pretty confident no one from the government to Bill Gates has any interest in my whereabouts. "Oh, look! He's going fishing again! Exciting!" 😁
