You should try it in a nosewarmer stack! Sensational! If you don't have one, I can make you one. I've made a few in the past, but they'd be far FAR better these days.

I have a few nosewarmers, tallest is roughly an inch and three quarters. It’s a fabulous tobacco, you think taller would make a noticeable difference? ODF smokes excellent in two of my wide Weber Nosewarmers as well. Smokes totally different in a Cob, not my favorite. Smokes excellent in all of my Meerschaums, which I don’t smoke when working. I’ve noticed your craftsmanship and style in a number of your pipes, one day I’ll purchase one. All outstanding!! I have four Don Warren pipes and three Robert Perkins, all outstanding smokers.

Up late, smoking some pork butts with my own special rub. Another 11 to 12 hours will be done. I keep the temp at 225, slow cooking pays off. Big surprise lunch planned for tomorrow.
Just loaded some Five Brothers in a Castello Sea Rock Briar Billiard from the early 2000’s.

The last two hours they get moped with my homemade sauce. Don’t care for NC vinegar style.

greets again all. 2-miles power walks earlier, company of no-band 5x50. Truck dropped off for routine maintenance, have a loaner if needed (just plain hate the gear shifting machine, can take it thru the gears by myself...in town only need to use #2). Juice/meds at desk, after feeding the Ed, '06 daVinci in SerJac Rowlette "scoop" & continue with the papers. Hoping for another nuttin' important rest of the day after picking up the truck
57, misty type rain at present. t.storms, wind predicted for later

Greetings Patch. A few days ago, I mentioned I had found some 3+ year old 1Q that had been in a jar in the garage for at least 2 years. It was still moist and smoked just fine. Problem is, I still don’t care for it. Because of all of you enablers here😆 I had to try KBV Burley Morning Pipe. I really enjoy it. But I don’t want to burn through the 5oz I have left. I know his Blends aren’t forever? Or am I mistaken? So I thought what can I do with this 1Q? So this morning I did 1 pinch 1Q and 2 pinches of Tabac Manil Le Petit Robin. Not bad, so far. Oh no, not a replacement for Burley Morning Pipe. But could smoke this until gone.

Order more, slacker!!! BTW, I like the Burlier better. It's a little more bold. YMMV.

I haven't had any problems getting my Burley or Burlier yet. I've had a stash of one or the other since I discovered them. Sometimes I throw some strong twist in with and it suits me pretty well.
