Had my first try at the Voodoo Queen (thanks roadsdiverged!) on the way into work. This was a pleasant smoke that was both sweet and spicy. I liked how the Burley and Perique formed a nice solid punch with the sweetened Va always in balance. Recently, Low and Slow gifted me a sample of OJK Red Label and it's similar but less sweet.

A flake of some sort in one of the many baggies laying about in a partially rusticated pickaxe by BSP. BSP? British Standard Pipe? Nope^^^^^ Briar Spirit Pipes, by the old Briar Spirit himself...a gentleman by the name of Kirk who used to make pipes before he was committed to an institute for the mentally unbalanced, where he is still to my knowledge. Butternut burley in a small Rhodesian by the hand of Ron.
