waiting for the chatters to show. CokeClassic at desk, '06 daVinci in gourd calabash in smoking room. Health Dept claims wife's "strong enuf" to come home Sunday without any more PT. Which means hang around till she stumbles or falls again. General rule: if can walk around with a cane, send home. If confined to walker...off to assisted living. Not happy with all that, but not my choice nippy 52 at present Ed Duncan, Batavia, NY pipe/cigar since '62 Sorry to hear about that Ed. I used to take care of my mother when she was still alive. She was left side paralyzed after a bad car accident. Anyway, I had lots of experience of hospitals/rehab facilities sending her home after one of her hospital trips, due mainly to the fact that she was out of rehab days on medicare. Anyway, I hope everything works out for you Ed. Kevin

Along with Brown Bogie and Brown Twist they are my favorites of the GH line-up. The mix with 5 Brothers just adds a bit more nuttiness and nicotine to the mix.

I have some SPC Plum Duff that's been aging for a while, and I may pop that open a little later today. It's cloudy and cool here in western Washington. I may also go out a bit later and look for something to add to the celler...since we are not allowed to get tobacco by mail here in Washington. Thank goodness we have adults to look out for all of us who simply can't be trusted to make good decisions for ourselves (Oops, did I use my out loud voice for this?).

Wilke Chocolate in the RDpipes Blue Twist. Iced tea on the side. It's about to rain again. A quarter inch last night. We seem to be having a rainy spell here. Beats a drought though.
