Hobbit's Weed in an old Jobey earlier. Sat on the back patio and watched a huge "shelf"cloud and the accompanying storm to pass through. Quite a sight.

It was a hot n sticky one here today. 91 and very humid. Made for a sweaty round on the course. Of course stayed hydrated with plenty of ice water, and availed myself of several Oliva cigars. ;-)
This evening I'm sitting up in the mancave listening to the storm a raging outside, raining sideway.
Enjoying my first bowl of the evening, EMP, sippin a little bourbon n water.

Stokkebye Sweet Vanilla in a Dr Boston bend billiard with a beautiful smooth orange wood grain. Then Sutliff Serendipity in a Missouri Meerschaum Diplomat - bent apple. First time I smoked this, or any cob pipe. Not bad. Sat on the back patio and watched a storm roll through. Nice and cool now.

Now having the opportunity to try one of the rarest McClelland blends ever made, Briandale Sir Brian's Flake. Rare indeed. No mention anywhere on the net. It must have been a one off for a friend of Mike’s. It was, exact story is that when Brian was working at Stokkebye one month they had a particularly good batch of Luxury Navy Flake. Mike and Mary did something with it and topped it with cocoa and coconut and tinned it up for him. It was a pretty good smoke, different!
