Amphora burley blend in a Nording Handmade, with a bronze lucite stem...I'm a slow starter this morning, but I'm hoping a gallon or so of coffee will put some pep in my step.

greets & happy HumpDay for those affected. 2-miles power walks earlier, no-band 6x42 for company. After the Ed is fed, '06 daVinci in Castello "Castello" bent Dublin & continue with the papers. Only errand for today...HomeDepot for two bags of potting soil for wifie to play with in "planter". Not sure what flowers going in same, don't really care...her thing

greets again all. Using sitting on bottom steps of back porch, wifie managed to do her planting in "hanging planter' which draped over porch railing, wifie managed to get it done (xcept for the draping.....me)without stumble/fall. She not yet in walker but always with cane.
Meanwhile, she's finishing up a grocery list while I've got CokeClassic at desk, '06 Blackpoint in LaughingBacchus meer in smoking room.

A truly "zone" type smoke ,with Amphora Burley blend, in a Meer Deluxe, meer-lined billiard. When the tobacco, the pipe, and the smoker all come together, I call that moment "the zone". That's what I have here...I love this tobacco, and this pipe seems to agree.
Coke Zero on the side, but this bowl really calls for Crown Royal!

Just had Hobbit's Weed in a Mastro de Paja Pesaro 3/4 bent rusticated tomato. Maybe not quite "the zone" but very close. Most enjoyable smoke in a few days. |
