greets again all. Brunch dishes soaking, huge Tinsky finished. In from grabbing pruners, spray bottle of Roundup & out to hopefully get rid of two small growths of sumac appearing from back chain-link fence. Nipped same as close as possible, then sprayed the remainder (impossible to dig 'em up from either side of fence). A DGT'd 4x40 no-band cigar for company
After cleaning up, CokeClassic at desk, '06 Blackpoint in LaughingBacchus meer in smoking room. Snoozie time next, then do up the brunch dishes into dishrack & get ready for sups. Wishing all a great rest of the weekend

Another bowl of Wilke Cherry Cavendish in a Jobey 680. Even better the 2nd time. Really liking this blend. Great cherry flavor and aroma. This has replaced Lane Dark Red. Thanks again Ronv69.

Got dark and cooled off a little. Enjoyed Hobbit's Weed in an old Jobey on the back patio. Then Sutliff Spiced Rum in another old Jobey I got in the mail a few days ago. I seem to be collecting old Jobey pipes. Not sure how that happened - but now I feel compelled to continue.

G.L. Pease Telegraph Hill. Such a good smoke. Seriously, a really great smoke. someday I'll try this one, and Fillmore too. They both sound like something I'd enjoy, but even I know I have too much tobacco open at the moment. Those blasted Watch City and Wilke blends are like monkeys on my back too; you'd think I'd have gotten around to most everything ,in forty years of smoking, but there's only so much one man can do .
