Puffing on the GBD 133 filled with Newminster 400 Superior Navy Flake. This stuff smells a bit like cotton candy out of the bag. Beautiful large flake, couldn’t fit the whole thing in my pipe. Smoke is not as sweet as one might think by smelling it. Damn tasty though.
My first go at it, but a lovely smoke so far.

Wilke Cherry Cavendish in and old Jobey 200 which is kind of a 1/4 bent rusticated bulldog-like thing. This is starting to become my favorite tobacco - edging out Hobbit's Weed (but don't tell Bilbo).

Another long day. Started out trying to put up a mailbox by the highway. Turns out that 15 inches down there is a layer of concrete! Not sure what to do next. Drove into Jefferson then remembered that the couch was in Atlanta, so 45 miles to go 15 miles. Went to every antique store in Atlanta before finding the right one, then realized that the rest of the stuff was in Jefferson, so another 45 miles and more walking. Finally got everything in the house and I got to go to the store and they had some old SWRA on the top shelf. Dry as heck but it smoked fine in a Mr Brog bent apple with a wind cap that lives in the truck.
