greets again all. Usual walks earlier, no-band 5x50 for company. After the Ed is fed, '06 Blackpoint in Caminetto "Business" #174 & continue with the papers. Later, visit with Auditory, ear wax removal & see if a 2nd hearing aid will allow me to hear (wifie main offender) folks who speak too fast & not allow me to process words better (hear sounds at 90% of normal, words very poor) Yard work planned for p.m.
66, overcast at present

OK folks. I am convinced. Cornell and Diehl's Billy Budd Blonde is the best first pipe of the morning. Not just over the top delicious, but when smoked with the second cup of coffee, one acquires the illusion that all can be well, that there is no reason to despair. One is emboldened to take on the day. I would never say you are wrong to disagree, of course, but if anyone asks what I think, that is what I will tell them.

A stack/poker shape I've only seen on Charatan shape charts, the old pipe is marked "Made in London England"...the tobacco is Amphora's Virginia Blend, seasoned with a dash of Amphora's Special Black Cavendish. The smoke has a sweet earthy note and a tartness as well, with a whisper of raisin from the Black Cavendish. A good smoke with my evening coffee, and one worth repeating.
