Depends on what you like. I got a Winchester mod. 21 12gauge I traded for years ago. If you like them fancy ones but don't have the coin check out the W. C. Scott same action as Holland&Holland and Purdy. Also same place there was a kid walked in with a couple of Greener's

I have a Fox Sterlngworth bored full choke both barrels and an Ithaca 20 guage that I can't remember the choke. Probably full/modified. The boat and the decoys are long gone but I can't help but smile when I see that old Fox in the gun rack. Never used the Ithaca for much of anything. Can't even remember where I got it. It was a lot of years ago. Hunted with a Parker Trojan full/modified until my Dad gave me his Fox in about 1965 or so. I had an L.C. Smith field grade 12 bore I was rather fond of at one time that I had to sell to pay some bills shortly after I married. I wish the guy I sold it to had shown more interest in the Ithaca.

It's all up to you what you think a good one is and costs. Most expensive one I have held was 42k used.

Had an old cheap DB, maybe a Ward or something like that. 12G, had it shortened to 1.85"
Liked side-by-sides but hunt better with an over/under. A long time ago.
