Almost half way through this bowl of HU Directors Cut in a smooth straight Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. A can of the amazingly delicious Hansen's Mandarin Lime made with pure cane sugar is my drink.

Greetings I'm fairly new to smoking. I can say it is a great tool for communication in small groups, seems to help the flow of conversation. I've picked up tin star gold and tin star regular tobacco. What is the difference in flavor based on the colors?

Relaxing after a wonderful mixed seafood and saffron rice dinner with a bowl of 2014 Peterson 3P in a smooth straight 1980s James Upshall Walnut pot with a black vulcanite stem. No work for the next few days, so I'm just going to vegetate. I'd rather work.

I'm not sure whether you are asking about the bag colors or the tobacco colors. The link Motto gave you will help educate you on types of tobacco. I tried to find info on the brand of tobacco and this is all I could find:
pipesmagazine.com/forums/topic/tin-star-gold-your-kidding-right
If you are going to use OTC (over-the-counter) tobacco I would recommend (and i'll probably be tarred and feathered for this) Captain Black. I personally like Captain Black Dark and Captain Black Cherry.

I think Captain Black gets a bad rep because a lot of folks, me included, buy that as their first baccy with a drugstore grabow, me included. They or we then decide to suck on that grabow like it was a cigarette and torch our mouths and toss it saying it is crap when it was the smoker that didn't have a clue.
I just enjoyed some Dorchester in a cob.
