I know it's early but I am curious. What Christmas movie do you just have to watch every year? I have 3 myself that I can't get through Christmas without. Scrooge with Alastair Sim It's a wonderful life Christmas vacation.

Too many out there to decide. For me, it largely depends on my mood. If I want something bubbly I’d say White Christmas. If I’m feeling adventurous then Scrooge by Alister Sim. In other words I have many or none.....

Alastair Sim "Scrooge"
"Miracle on 34th Street". I cannot survive without my annual fix of cute little girls- Natalie and Maureen.
"It Happened on Fifth Avenue", 1947.
I loath "It is a Wonderful Life" and feel that charges of bank fraud should have been pressed. Make an example out of that conman.

It's never too early. I have been tempted to turn on the forum snow and put the decorations up, but I'll wait till Thanksgiving is over.

In our house we have a line up that we go through every December. Between my wife and four kids,I don't get much say, but I don't complain I enjoy their picks. We do: Santa Clause 1,2 and 3 The first three Home Alones Elf And all the Die Hards. As well as one of my favorites The Flintstones Christmas Carol.

It Happened on 5th Avenue (fantastic) The Shop Around the Corner Remember the Night Scrooge (1970, Albert Finney) White Christmas Holiday Affair
ETA: Christmas in Connecticut
Elf is good. A Christmas Story is good, I've just seen it half a million times. Holiday Inn is good, but not as good as White Christmas (the entrance of General Waverly always gets me in the feels). It's a Wonderful Life is good, Mr. Potter just pisses me off to no end.

Yes. It Happened on Fifth Avenue is a family tradition at Chez Berg. Isn't it a fantastic movie? Love it. Aloysius T. Mckeever is such a great character.
