Mac Baren Symphony in a large Digby "London Made" Billiard junk shop find. Still has a bit of a ghost after a couple salt/Everclear treatments.

New pipe being added to the rotation today. First start some laundry. Then lunch and finally Georgian Creme. And a cup of green tea. I hope everyone is doing well today.

Spent a quiet afternoon in my fortress of solitude with a bowl of Sqn Leader and bengal spice tea watching an episode of Sherlock Holmes a la Jeremy Brett. Guess you could say my pipe was my Dr. Watson.

C&D Founding Fathers. Wife said that it smelled awful. I haven't decided yet if I like it. It is full flavored for sure. In a Maddis blasted apple with iced tea on the side.

Today was a good day. I finished bagging up the tobacco from my last few orders, about 2 1/2 pounds worth, all in pint mylar bags, zipped and heat sealed. And, I received my Covid vaccine this afternoon, without my arm falling off or other dread symptoms; the Moderna version. In our neck of the woods, your name goes on a priority list, then when vaccine is available, you get a call. They are trying to get to all the front line workers first, but if they open a bottle for one health worker, they have doses available for the rest of us, or at least that is what they told my wife. And in smoking news... tonight it is Penzance in the a Larrysson 1/4 bent Dublin, then Field & Stream Match in an Avanti Rock Briar 1015 pot, then Mixture 79 Match in a Grabow Riviera pot. First time for the last two tobaccos.

This one is a great smoker. It's pretty unique looking. It was on the wall of a B&M in Laconia, NH for somewhere near 25 years. Festivus Pudding in a bent nosewarmer.
