Applewood smoked pork loin with a dry rub that was a big hit, but I'll likely never remember how much of which ingredients I used. That, with grilled corn in the husk, pasta salad, and pecan pie. Accompanied this with several Guinness Stout and 3Floyds "Robert the Bruce." It was a good Father's Day

Rotisserie pulled chicken over an arugula salad Unimaginably healthy sounding. Wow!!!! Trying, my diet overall is pretty good. It’s the beers and wine on the weekends that throw it all off

I sometimes dislike you intensely, through no fault of your own. 🤬😋 Rummaging around tonight, I ran across these Ron. A 5 3/4 pound tin of sealed crackers. A gyro wouldn't travel well but these stand the test of time.

.
Lunch was an Arby's Greek Gyro with extra onions. Dang good! They have come a long way from the old flaked and formed "roast beef" they used to serve.
Supper was Frito Pie and a Nathan's Hot Dog.

Supper was Frito Pie and a Nathan's Hot Dog. +1 on the gyro from Arby's. Tried one on a whim and was surprised at how good it was. But then, just about anything is good with tzatziki sauce. We have a LOT of Greek restaurant/diners around town, no shortage of gyros here. Not sure if anyone does Frito pies in Detroit, but they should.
