Big Thai food lunch: Singapore Noodles with Shrimp and Chicken, Beef curry, Chicken something or other with sesame seeds and much fire.
MAybe a green salad later this evening.

SMallish roast beef sandwich with horseradish and beaucoup romaine on a piece of baguette.
ANother Picanha arriving tomorrow along with a smallish turkey. Wildfork.com, once again. I have been trying to get Picanhas from my Argentine connection but he has not come through. That Argie beef is remarkably good.

all else in WAYS. Next up, Schwan #662 lg (2) toaster waffles, one cycle. Usual adds, nuke to plateful of mess. Add k-cup cocoa, all to smoking room desk, eat & continue with the papers.

Went to my parents for Corn beef and cabbage with pearl onions and potatoes cooked in a crock bit with beer instead of water. Sadly no leftovers as we ate it all it was that good.

 Wife made a pecan pie, and a cheese cake in her instant pot for the first time. Cheese cake was the best I’ve ever eaten, pecan pie wasn’t a dog either.

nap next, the Zweigle's red dawg, 12mins @300 on GeoForeman grill. two slices AlCohen seeded rye instead of normal bun. Musselman's smooth applesauce as side (two cups worth. All to TV for usual 6pm local/national CBS news feed. Store brand tea & cookies later, Jeopardy for company

Went on up to San Luis Colorado (40 miles round trip), dinner at Mrs. Rios Thai Kitchen. The usual-- "Massaman Curry" with Shrimp and Pork, number 4 hot!
So good.
