I thought he was making chili out of wolves. Wolves are protected in Texas. Would you think that Plainsman's Jap chili is made from a Japanese person? Were I to make the analogous joke, yes, I would claim to think that.

"Wolf" is my go to brand for Chili con Carne. WIth beans or without.
Then again, so is Dennison's, Nalley's, Hormel, Stagg and just about every other can of the good stuff. I never met a Chili con Carne I did not like.

Brunch for two in about an hour. usual Sunday involving 4 eggs, mangled ham slices, cubes of sharp cheddar in "griddle" part of GeoForeman grill, sides of k-cup cocoa me, same but decaf for wifie. Will hold us till mid-afternoon snacks
