Leftover citrus marinade was used for the boneless chicken thigh meat for 12 hours, grilled at blazing heat to 165, accompanied with a simple salad and roasted garlic bread from the bakery markdown. Working an 8 hour day getting off at 3 PM sure beats getting off after 14 hours in another state and dumpster diving. (Not really dumpster diving but it seemed like it), the roller grill at the convenience store was not unusual for dinner.

next move to be Schwan #506 ham/cheese omlet, added sausage link & shred cheddar, to usual plateful of mess. k-cup cocoa, all to smoking room desk & continue with the papers.Later to be in 60s so looks like some minor yard work & near a truckful of cans/plastic bottles to recycle place. Last time home with near $40
49 & clear, should be nice rest of the day, rain approching by nitefall

Just finished making Rice Pudding from last night's leftovers. It's a cool and gray day and a warm bowl of this is quite comforting. 😊

No comparison to whatever sparks is cooking surely! 🤯🥳

Shweetie and I are getting ready to head to Outback Steakhouse. I told her we could eat anywhere she wanted, and that’s what she picked. I’m relieved, because she usually prefers Olive Garden. 😝

Another one from Argentina. Could not find an American grown one in stock on line.

After a “tough” day at the office, picked up two baked lasagna’s on the way home. It’s a lie hole in the wall run by a little old Italian lady and her husband but the food is amazing! Even Justin ( sparks) would be pleased!😁👍

Campbell's tomato soup and grilled cheese on a blustery day in the southwest.

I could live on it. Unfortunately, I'm trying to loose weight or I'd be making some homemade breads. Love dipping bread into an oil, herb and parmesan cheese mix and just eating it as a snack!

I understand. Bread is not a weight loss food.
I have tried to live without and cannot. I try to make it healthier with whole wheat and Spelt and oats.
Out of yeast so I had to use baking powder for leavening. Need to get more yeast and start a sourdough culture. If I can remember to feed it every day. It is worse than cats for feeding.

One problem I have is the oven does not get very hot, about 360 degrees. Bread baking should be done over 400, maybe 425 degrees. Only my top element works.
