It is pretty stout though - I believe it is one Darin sent me a sample of in the past. Goes very well with coffee. It’s earthy - bready - buttery. |

Mornin' gang ... the first Snus batch was cooked this week and is in the fridge. I set aside the finest flour (200 micron) and am snuffing it today. Pretty nice Scotch style but needs salt.
We have been surrounded by wildfires and prepping for possible evacuation but the last two days were cooler and rainy so it's looking a bit better.
