I have been taking Toque Whisky and Honey the last few days, it really fits the bill.
On a side note.
Over the last few years, I have seen tobacco having positive results in regards to combating the Ebola virus, and a lower risk from covid from tobacco users in some online stories.
It would be interesting to know if nasal snuff in particular offers protection.
Of course in modern biased culture, we could never have a fair assessment through clinical studies. No money for big Pharma and the sucker fish that are attached.

I, for one, believe it does. Not only does it coat the mucous membrane but also creates an alkalinity that viruses don't do well in. Now we'll just sit back and wait for a non-snuff user with no scientific background to pop in and disagree. Lol

Recently received some toque samplers, used one of the flat ends of a pipe tamper to take a sniff. Had a little too much I think, quite the burn...  |

Recently received some toque samplers, used one of the flat ends of a pipe tamper to take a sniff. Had a little too much I think, quite the burn... hehe it will do that! Start with very small amounts, and try to keep it way in the front of the nostril. Don't sniff hard, very gently. In fact, to start with sniff softly enough that you don't get any snuff in. Then a little harder, etc. There will be some burn, amount depends on the snuff, but the Toque's I have had were pretty mild.
That said, did you enjoy it other than the burn?

ok, kind of started my Indian snuff journey. the latest order showed up, so I had some 6photo Coffee Kick. Nice, I think I'll let the tin breath a tad before I come back to that. Now Green Dragon, which is intriguing to say the least. Nice mint and a bit of menthol up front, something I can't put my finger on in the background. I guess I'll have to spend the rest of the afternoon investigating!

quite a bit more Green Dragon, really good. Friendly warning, don't try and take a fine grind Indian in the middle of a walk that has you breathing a bit!

McChrystal's have some really good scents. Sadly, I can't use them. |

I'd agree, a very natural vanilla and some kind of floral. It is an awesome snuff, I'll be keeping it around.

New batch of Snus cooked last night:
3 Cups Maryland
1 Cup DFK
3/4 Cup H2O
2 TBSP Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
2 TBSP Pickling Lime
Mix hot water and salt
Add to tobacco and blend thoroughly
Pack mason jars and pressure cook 2.5 hrs
Dump into bowl and add Lime, stir well
* do this outside as the ammonia is strong
Back into jars and 2 hrs pressure cook
Cool, dump out, stir, re-jar & refrigerate
Now I'll just open them once a day and stir until the ammonia calms down.
