What a bargain! For those with truly disposable income. Yeah, I can't imagine anyone actually paying more than a hundred dollars for that pipe no matter who made it. Exactly my thinking! If I'm gonna spend money like that, I'm gonna spend it with Ron of RdPipes or Cramps...both are great carvers! |

I am glad for her that her pipes can command such extraordinary prices, but I have never understood the attraction of her pipes. But then again I think the same of some of the Japanese artisans. For my taste, they jump the shark and veer off of what a pipe is. But, I have pretty traditional tastes.

We signed in on the Zoom meeting hosted by the Pipe Clubs Of America yesterday, but it really didn't work for us in the cigar lounge, we had too much personal conversation and good times to just stare into a monitor. But it served a great purpose for people living in more restrictive states, inclement weather, and health concerns. They had quite a good showing on it.
