Back from the grocery store much lighter in the wallet, but I don't think we're going to starve. DGTing some McConnell Scottish Cake with a Molson Golden. Smoked Three Friars in a cob, during the drive to and from the grocer.

Smoking Robert McConnell 5 Year Mature Virginia in a cob, hockey's about to start. Hofbrau Dunkel for refreshment. Had to dig a path from kitchen door to the grill, grilling burgers - turkey/American cheese for wife and bleu cheese stuffed beef for me. Hope you're all having a great Saturday, even if you're working.

Pete, if you like the Jeremy Brett version, the entire collection is available on YouTube. Ted, I think Jeremy Brett is my favorite Sherlock. I ended up watching three episodes on YouTube last night. Might go back and watch a couple more today. Approaching the weekend with no specific plan. Except for grocery shopping with my wife and grilling something for dinner, anyway. Have to shovel some snow around the grill. I guess that would count as a plan, after all. Works for me. In fact, I went through the entire collection over a three-four week period with my pipe and favourite beverage. Good times. 👍 |

Well, being fairly new to pipe smoking, I'm not very adept at separating flavors of a blend but I will say White Knight is very full flavored and has become a favorite. |
