Will be visiting my daughter in Nashville the first weekend in April. I noticed Briar Works is not far from Nashville and reached out to see if they offer a tour of their pipe-making process. Told them when I would be there and they said they will be glad to show me around. Have a feeling I will be leaving with a new pipe.

Enjoy it! I have an Icarus from before they changed the name to Briarworks and at one point I had 3 Moonshines. I have had solid luck in the customer service department with these guys, I'm sure you will find something you can't say no to.

I just got my first by them - a nice, small Dublin. I was pretty impressed all around. Have a great time!

Whether it will be one of their hand-mades remains to be seen.

Sounds like a good time. Barely remember what its like to step foot inside a B&M, let alone one that makes pipes.

Pete Prevost @ Briarworks is a standup guy...He is on my "A" list of endorsements in the pipe world. When he has worked the table at the west coast pipe show in Vegas, he is one of them guys that gives his full, undivided attention...I had a big shot in the industry walk up when I was talking to Pete, and he asked that guy to hold off for a few. That speaks well of him...I always tell him he makes a nice bus also. (Prevost buses are what rock stars travel in ) They make great pipes. Tell him that the Arizona Pipe club says Hi! briarworksusa.com/about/

Got an email from Briarworks. On March 11th, 6-9PM, they are having an event with Erik Stokkebye. Man would I love to attend that event. I've been to a lot of cigar events but can't say I've seen a pipe event before.

That's really nice of them to show you around. Bring a big bag with you; you might need it for all your purchases. 😉

From what I understand, downtown Columbia Tn has been going through quite a revitalization over the last few years and Briarwoks has been part of it. Great restaurants and bars/ breweries.

Briar Works is also "tentatively" planning to have their MuleTown Pipe Show the weekend of Labor Day...so if you're within striking distance...might want to add it to your calendar. Their first ever show in 2019 was a great success, and they skipped last year...for obvious reasons. If it goes forward, I'm planning to be there.
