Good evening. I had some LNF, some Sutliff Virginia Slice, and a couple bowls of 3 Friars. I ate some chowder (it's hard to find quahogs in these parts) and now Dunhill Nightcap in a Kaywoodie rusticated apple. Then, with any luck, an early ni-nights.

I recently landed some Pegasus (see what I did there?) and Three Friars, owing to your frequent mentions of them.

Finishing the Haunted Bookshop I started before dinner. I think I'll have one more before bed. Early night tonight probably, I don't know if its the vaccine or the change to DST that has me dragging. I even took a nap this afternoon.

Moving on to Mac Baren Navy Flake in a Savinelli Bing. Looks like Pegasus and Three Friars (and Haunted Bookshop) have gone viral in the Patch.

Now I'm buying it a pound at a time.

Believe it or not, I just lit a bowl of C&D Haunted Bookshop!
Yup, I like some of those C&D bulks a lot. Five or ten years ago they were a real bargain--and still are. There was some FDA hysteria and I put up a lot of stuff between 2013 to 2016 judging by the cellar. There was no tobaccolypse, but I'm stocked!

My own " Watch Tower Mixture " in a carved pot by Terry Mincer...the blend is mostly McClelland's 5100, but there's something leathery in the flavor, .with a slight whisper of vanilla. Back in the day the idea was to make it smell good to everybody ,and still taste good to me; I nearly nailed it with this one, and it only took ten years in the jar to do it.

I am sad to say I have not had a pipe since last week. The weather has been cold here on my family visit to Buffalo, and I don't have any indoor smoking options. We have a small warmup coming in the next day or two, so maybe I can get one in soon. Hope all is well with the rest of you!
