I'm smoking a mystery blend this morning. I labeled it when I jarred it, but I abbreviated and now I can't remember. H&H Ad. V. Cadec or kadec...
It's a bit dry but a mild smoke with some grassy notes and a decent nic hit..

My guess is that is it! Thank you

For the painful drive to Seattle, smoked Wilke Lizzie Blood Red Virginia in a Michael Morgason custom cob. Clenching during stop-and-go preceding a Sunday morning crash, finally managed to dump the ash in my lap, so that must have been amusing for the other drivers.
But it was an excellent smoke (first time) and I'm glad I ordered it.

Dunhill 965 jar date 2017. In a rusticated spigot with a 9mm filter. Some Blue Moon Mango wheat. That someone left in the fridge before covid. So had to be fall of 2019! 😝 Tastes ok.

Evening, Patch. Smoking Haunted Bookshop in a Dr. Grabow Eldorado Billiard. We were away for the weekend, visiting daughter and almost SIL. I smoked the usual , plus a couple new to me blends- Afternoon Delight (the condimental amount of Latakia makes it interesting) and Erinmore Flake (not sure what to make of this one yet. Might be too sweet for me). Also, picked up a tin of Orlik Golden Sliced, which I haven't opened yet. I found that slow burners like Best Brown #2 and Marlin Flake help pass the time behind the wheel. Hope you all had a great weekend.

Good morning pipe people. I am smoking Watch City Old Black Magic in a Mimmo Provenzano. Sipping coffee.... That's a nice looking smoker you've got there. Love a classic shape with a saddle stem.

greets & hope all to have a nice rest of the weekend. Usual walks earlier, Quorum 6x50 for company. After the humans are fed, Abingdon in old SamMartin freehand & finish the paper. Unknown what goes on later (mainly with wifie's many problems) 49, overcast, high around 55 Ed Duncan, Batavia, NY pipe/cigar since '62 She is blessed to have you Ol Ed. When we stand at the altar, and recite the “in sickness and in health, richer or poorer” we cannot fathom how that may actually play out. If the roles were reversed, I bet she would be equally attentive. Well said. Ed's a pretty good old codger, for an old codger.

Erinmore Mixture in a MM Washington. It's not as bad as I had been led to believe. I quite like it, actually. Good to hear. I got a tin out of curiosity, but I've been afraid to open it! lol You hear things like "tastes like Juicy Fruit" and you get cold feet.

April 26th. Awakened elder in the Savinelli rusticated antique shell 515 (another pipe with a restoration archive page at rebornpipes) Approaching the last third of the tin so will be done with the blend soon. I wont be restocking this one either(i have one left anyway which will be smoked next winter. Cold blanks flavor so should be fine then). But I do recommend the blend as a decent smoke to try. The "salt, brine" part is sort of odd but the base tobaccos are good. Now my 2nd bowl on deck is the pete newgrange x105 spigot with a carefully packed bowl of c&d speakeasy. With the large moon still out this morning I think the blend and coffee will be perfect to greet the Sun. Have a great day!
