Recently, I noticed that my kitchen sink sprayer was leaking, dripping from the base of the trigger handle.
I replaced the O-ring hoping that would solve the problem, nope.
I went to Lowes where I knew my handyman buddy bought it, and based on the shape of the unit I determined out that it was Delta Lorain and the finish is Venetian bronze. The problem is I never registered it and the receipt is nowhere to be found. (I was on the road all of the time and never had time to do anything regarding registering products and managing receipts) I went to the website expecting and hoping to buy a spray handle. I bought it a few years back, and the representative got back to me, asked me when I thought I bought it, and a picture of the failed part. I told them that all I needed was the sprayer handle. They sent a new sprayer, bushings, hose, and trim piece. Expedited delivery.
I screwed in the new handle, problem solved.
The faucet comes with a lifetime warranty, which I would think is great in and of itself, but lacking the receipt did not matter to them.
That is some customer service!

I had a similar experience several months back with my daughters kitchen faucet. Don't remember the brand for sure, but think it was Delta. It was the sprayer too. It was malfunctioning. It was supposed to have 2 settings - spray and solid stream. No matter which button you pushed you got solid stream - and a very weak stream. Partially blocked I think. I ordered a new sprayer head in brushed nickel - and got chrome. Called them. They sent the right finish, priority mail. Told me to keep the other one and credited my card - so it ended up being free.

I've been told the best quality faucets are Delta and Moen. Just as Kohler is best quality toilet. Had to throw that last bit in.

I picked up a new set of Delta faucets, at Lowes today, new and deeper sink too...then a took a rough draft of my countertops to the cabinet section. It's time for some upgrades in the kitchen . With three or four bucks left ,I headed over to pluming, for a new throne for the master bath, as the old bowl has developed a crack. You know you're important when the folks at Lowes know you by first name. Never had a problem with Delta, they always stand behind their products.

Local plumbers have told me that they prefer Delta - because Delta doesn't redesign things so much that every year requires a new part and because parts are readily available. They can stock one part and it will work in numerous models and years.
