I have found myself on another forum that I can navigate through much easier, therefore making for a pleasant experience.
On the flip side I do miss communicating with friends I have made here. I do have contact information with most.
Question is. Should I return to the patch just on occasion?

You've got to do what you feel is best. Every now and then, a break is needed and you can return with fresh energy. I've noticed after many years on forums that there are "cycles" of participation. Belonging to both gives you the option of where to spend your time and I'm currently on break from one myself.

You should of course return as often as you feel comfortable. You have been missed, and we'll be happy to have you back.

I agree with all the above fellow forum user’s sentiments, but I find no problem navigating this site, it is pretty user friendly.
Too friendly if you were to ask my wife.

My wife would also agree and all I use is my phone. I don't own a computer.

Would be great to see you back. That way you'll know for certain that I'm smoking Haunted Bookshop in a cob. Seriously, come on back.

It is always enjoyable to read your posts. Read when you can and post when you can. If you need a break, take one. Don't forget your friends will be here when you pass this way.

I'm on two other forums and haven't visited them in a while. I only stop here every few days to see if there is something interesting. And I seldom post, due to lack of interest. Do what's good for you.

Do what makes you happy, right? Otherwise, what’s the point?

I do have contact information with most. Question is. Should I return to the patch just on occasion? You should do whatever you find enjoyable. The internet serves no useful purpose for me other than entertainment. If you make friends on a forum, they'll still be there if you leave. I gave up on another forum a couple of months ago, but I got everyone's contact info in advance, and I still hang out with them regularly - nothing has changed.

I'm on one other forum, but I find myself spending most of my time here. Navigation has little to do with it for me. In any case, you can participate on both if you like. Be easy in the long run to decide where you are most comfortable. Hope you decide it's the Patch.

For me a forum of any topic has to be more than just stroking each other. And I'm also partial to discussion forums where I don't automatically start off as a fetus. You guys have been very reasonable in all respects, but if that changes I will slip out the door quietly and began an embryonic life elsewhere.

I hold membership in five smoking forums but only frequent three. I don’t think that is all that unusual as I recognize a few of you from other forums. I find each has its own particular personality, which keeps things interesting.

Christopher, You are a valued member of this community and your presence is appreciated. Of course, you should go where you feel the most comfortable and your time rewarded. Perhaps this other place has members more erudite, less susceptible, better looking?
For me, I remain here. 'Tis a silly place!

Hey, Life's too short to be someplace that doesn't please you. If it's just a member that irks you, give it a rest for awhile, no sense in dealing with nimrods when so many other better people around.

It's not like we are married. I'm cool if you come home smelling of a foreign latakia, cheap perfume and covered in glitter.

C'mon Christopher, you sent me an instant message with your email address on the 29th letting me know you are moving on (Leaving the patch) and would like to keep in touch.
And this thread authored on the 11th.
It wasn't that long ago there was a confederacy started over Lonecoyote and several left the patch and encouraged others via messaging to do so, me included.
Sometimes it is best to ride out of the gate and don't look back, it will do your soul better and it is respectful to a forum that is a free host to anyone that creates an account.
I cannot help but think there is an ulterior motive having read the cabin fever thread. Justin is a straight up honest guy.
