I saw the article and after reading that the 65 year old lost footage was found where the owner says his dog smoked a pipe for five minutes, I wanted to check it out.
The BBC posted it but it is not available in my area. Probably because of the harmful content.

There is a YouTube video that shows a “pipe smoking dog” in Galway recently... he doesn’t smoke with it though, it is his toy...
