I'm more impressed that a dog can work matches or a lighter, not having opposable digits.

I’ve wondered what our lives would be like if dogs had opposable thumbs. Might be like living with a pair of 70-pound raccoons. Egads!

A dog striking matches?
How many houses would burn down?
Sparky the fire dog would be sparky the fire dog for another reason.
