However, for those interested in buying, it did not apply the 17% CATS discount. It did at first, but then when I got to the final "Place Your Order" page, it had been removed. The code was still there. The 17% was gone. There was a note listing brands excluded from that deal, but they were all cigar brands. I dunno. Weird.

The price was reduced on mine, didn't show actual discount amount though. When I read about the code, it says you are only able to use it one time though.

Ha! I see what happened, now. The original cost of my order multiplied by 0.17 was almost exactly the same dollar amount as the cost of shipping. The discount and shipping offset each other to less than 50 cents. So I was seeing the same dollar figure at the very beginning of checkout, and the very end of checkout.
Reading is fundamental.
