Do you have a favorite chair you take your pipe in?
Due to the wife being pregnant and the tiny kiddo, I most smoke in the car to and from work. On occasion i'll take a smoke late night in some crappy wannabe rattan yard chairs. However, we just put the house up for sale and I'm hoping to carve out a spot in the garage or backyard where I can take my smoke. As such, I'm in the market for a comfy chair and I would like to hear about your favorite chairs for both inspiration and curiosity.

Much like you, my normal smoking chair is the driver seat of my Kia. Otherwise, it tends to be a folding lawn chair on the back porch.

Much like you, my normal smoking chair is the driver seat of my Kia. Otherwise, it tends to be a folding lawn chair on the back porch. Lol, maybe we should start a car meet and cruise for all us mobile pipe smokers. |

I got a old wingback chair I like to sit in. Got it from the habitat for humanity thrift store. It’s pretty beat up now but is super comfy.

Got an old office chair from a State property sale a number of years ago...was actually the same chair I had when working at Dept. Highway Safety. Keep it on the covered screened porch.

The wife bought me this chair (and it's brother) from the consignment shop that she sells a lot of stuff at, that same consignment store had a beautiful leather wingback that had to be a $1,000.00 chair when new a week ago in mint condition for $200.00. But...I don't need another chair.   |

The wife bought me this chair (and it's brother) from the consignment shop that she sells a lot of stuff at, that same consignment store had a beautiful leather wingback that had to be a $1,000.00 chair when new a week ago in mint condition for $200.00. But...I don't need another chair. I love that style chair. Country farmhouse is the jam. |

I got a old wingback chair I like to sit in. Got it from the habitat for humanity thrift store. It’s pretty beat up now but is super comfy. Wingbacks usually aren’t too bad to reupholster on your own. Fun project. |

It's a comfortable folding camping chair in the backyard next to a cut log I chiselled into a table with my chainsaw.

I used to have a dumpy old yellow swivel chair at my mom's house when I first got out of the navy. I used to go out in the garage and smoke cigarettes. Super comfortable. I think it got sold at a garage sale by the wife back in '08, or we gave it away or something. wish I still had it.

Cool thread. I have three.....  I'm sitting in the leather wingback chair on the left as I type this. The one on the right is for guests. The chair behind my desk is where I smoke during my work day. Then there's the sofa...  For when there's 2 or 3 more guests. |
