Hi von , I appreciate the video. You live in a very nice place (Well at least as depicted in the first video  ....I see you added the second a bit later.) By the way von , I was sympathizing with you….... Romania has the fantasized idea of Dracula (Bram Stoker) to bear ..... The state of Kansas has the Wizard of OZ (L. Frank Baum)..... With movies etc. to boost their popularity world wide, there is no getting around it..... Many times folks from out of my state & country, ask how is Dorthy etc., when they find out where I live (Dorthy is the main character in the "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz". A book which is one of a series of books and by far the most famous, due to the movies/plays etc.). I must say that never gets old (sarcasm intended). So I understand your pain....  PS Then again I am sure you understood and I am being silly..... In any case, it is good to have you at the Patch!! I look forward to reading your posts.... |

Back in March 1991, one year after the falling of the communist regime I was listening to Iron Maiden's The Number of the Beast. I was eleven back then, never had an English language class before and IT was an urge growing inside to understand what the heck those guys were singing. After one year the English language classes started...but I've started before,buying dictionaries and "learn english at home" courses... After 30 years of constantly listening to, reading and writing in Poe's language(BTW, one of favourite writters) I must confess that I can see/read between and beyond the lines. I've understand You from the very begining and yes,the feeling îs mutual ! |

Poe used a lot of French and Latin, are you fluent in those too? 😁🤠👍👍👍 Of course😁😁😁 Romanian is a latin language, as French, Italian, Spanish, so, it's a natural😁😁😁 About Latin I've studied it for about four years in highschool...but never had the opportunity to practice it...unfortunately all it's original speakers are dead and I couldn't find a proper conversation companion 😁😁😁 |

In this video, the driver's brother was knifed by the guy who was hit by the car...revenge îs a dish served cold🙂 This is how people in our city use to solve problems in absence of Guns (we have some very strict laws for fire arms, that's why blades are the weapons of choice🙂)
Yeah, guns are convenient, but a pissed off nut case doesn't need one. There are limitless alternatives and examples to demonstrate. What's idiotic is when guns get outlawed, the duped stupid breathe a sigh of relief thinking they are now safe. But knives aren't needed either. In England the stats show the the vast majority of assults happen without guns or knifes.
