Could it be a butt plate for a shotgun or rifle?

Pocket knife , a butt plate would have two holes for screws.

Gents I put the pocket knife to show the size of the little Coke bottles, they may be early 1900s wife found them in a box that was in my old house built in 1919, I had it cut in half and moved 10 miles to my farm. Wondering about the little bottles, anyone seen these?

I remember some 6oz bottles when I was a kid, but nothing that small. Airplane bottles? 😉 Those must be the same size Nik-L-Nips.

Seems like I remember those tiny bottles that were on key chains or prizes at a carnival, stuff like that; novelty items. I remember because when I was a kid, I wanted to open them and see if it was really coke in there.

Wondering about the little bottles, anyone seen these? Use to have a few of these unopened still filled with Coke, had others too, one was a Squirt and a couple I believe were beer. I think I gave them to my daughter a while back but, yes they are promotional items. You could even get the Coke in a six pack. Mine where all from the 50's, I don't think yours are quite that old sir, most likely 50's also.
