I've been away for a while but it's time to come back..I've been under a lot of stress since my wife died..After knowing her for 60 years I'm now having to learn to live by myself..It's not much fun..It's time though for me to start living again as as best as I can...I hope you are doing well..I hope I can feel like hanging around here this time.

Good to see you back Larry. So sorry for your loss sir. Kind of went through the same experience recently, from a little bit different perspective... My mom passed away in June. She and my dad had been married 59 years. Though extremely tough and sad for us, it was a merciful ending for a wonderful loving lady that had been very ill for several years. We know she's in a better place, but it's still a tough pill to swallow. Take care and God bless bud. dino |

missed this thread somehow earlier, adding condolences to those above who expressed same. Fortunately I'm capable of basics...laundry, simple cooking etc. My Mrs not in good shape overall but if she goes, I can handle what's needed.

We lost our son this past year to addiction. He was 31 years old. What you say about the emotional pain is very true. It can’t be put into words. I will take physical pain over the stabbing sadness, any day. Taking it day by day. Hang in there, Larry. Keeping you in my prayers. |
