Enjoying some Peretti No.52 in my Morgan Bones oval apple, along with a hot cup of coffee. Cleaning up the yard after having the roof re-shingled yesterday. They did a pretty good cleanup job in the dark last night, but there are lots of little bits and nails that are attractive to our 10 week old puppy.

Started the day with Haunted Bookshop in the Saturday cob and coffee in the cave. Spent much of the afternoon shopping with my wife. Took my pipe and Orion's Arrow with me. Now, back at home, Three Friars is in the Saturday cob.

My dear friends i will be ''out of forum" for 10 days, i have to do a small surgery with laser plus some tests for LDL and blood pressure and then i will take few days leave in the country. With the grace of God i will be back much better than i am now. I am smoking Petersen & Sorensen Blue Sapphire, single espresso plus cool water beside me. Best of luck to you, Sid. Enjoy your time in the country.

Although it was a bit chilly here today, mid 50's, it was sunny and no wind. So, I tee'd em up around 1pm with my good friend Ron. This, of course, necessitated the enjoyment of several Drew Estates cigars and a dram or three of Scotch.
After dinner, cards and a couple of shows on the telly with Blondie I'm up in the cave enjoyin a pipe or two. First up on the list was a wonderful bowl of 2011 MM965.
Am now onto a flake of Stoney that I rubbed out earlier.
Sippin Buffalo Trace.
Cheers
