I live in a mobile. home park.It's a retirement community.You have to be at least 55 to move here..When my wife died.I lost her pension and Social Security.It added up to a thousand dollars a month.that I was using to pay for my house.This meant that I had to sell my house.and find something cheaper.A lady in the park needed to move out of state so she offed to sell her single wide home for 30 thousand if I bought it then.I didn't have the money until I sold my house..She wanted to sell it fast.I called my sister who has much more money than I do and asked her if she could loan me the money until I sold my house..She said..I'm worried about your mental state so I won't loan you the money I will give it to you..I bought the house and sold my other one..Thanks to my sister who loves me more than I ever realized.

Then came the earthquake of January 1994 and a claim which saved us. I was able to pay off the mortgage and still rebuild the house myself. Things fell into place. Of course, I had something to do with that... |

Of course, I had something to do with that... "Was" a multimillionaire. His 3rd wife and adopted daughter disappeared after the funeral and haven't talked to any family since. Funeral music was 5 versions of "My Way". |
