I recently watched an interview with Russ Ouelette where he mentioned his use of a clay pipe when tasting various tobaccos for blending. Shortly after this popped up on my feed. I thought it was an interesting look at an art form that is disappearing. The historical footage starts at the 4 minute mark.

Thanks! I will definitely check it out soon. Smoking and history--it sounds like it's right up my alley.
