I just got an ad for H&H Slow Aged blends. I'm used to gimmicks and I don't have a problem with companies putting out aged/pressed/small batch/barrel aged unicorn dung &c advertisements. Go for it , tobacco purveyors! We buys our tins, we takes our chances. This one caught my eye for the slow-aging. Unless they're pulling some spacetime relativity funny business, all aging is equally slow--or fast--right? Maybe it's just time for dinner, but this one perplexed me.
I'll go cook now. Carry on.

Was the ad from MacBaren, or a distributor?

P&C. It's their own Hearth and Home.
Edit: from the copy, it doesn't appear they are aged in tins. The tobaccos are aged, blended, and tinned, in that order. Maybe it's a fancy way to package old leaf? I shouldn't be so cynical until I hear how they smoke.

There is a lot of internet buzz in the community, oftimes, it is a limited release, or small batch it seems...some times true sometimes not. I have a lot of respect for Russ Oulette, but I cannot feel that marketing does not play a significant role.
