Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout, picked up 24 bottles today...well I didn't but the wife did. That is one fine beer. Enjoy it. Perhaps one of my top three favorites. I picked up a 12 pack of Coor's Stubbies. Let me know if you want to trade. LOL! In this heat, Coor's is quite welcome. They still purchase Moravian Barley from family farmers in this valley which is why I support them. It is an inoffensive light beer. I have really enjoyed Colorado koolaid, good stuff! It is a great desert beer here in the southwest. It goes down smooth and tasty after drinking boatloads of water in the day.

Bulleit Bourbon - quite smooth, flavorful. Think I'll sample their rye next.

Grand Canyon Ale, made in Williams Arizona, just south of the south rim of the canyon.
(That… is a nice brewery, and the Grand Canyon RR is right next door, it is worth the price to pay for the private car to go to the canyon… not really private, you share with other couples, but it is a lot of fun.)

Tonight it's a Fitzgerald (whiskey and lemonade; according to Hemingway, it was the only thing F Scott could drink without losing control) with Newminster #17 in the Cabresi. The Icarus and Willard are getting the salt & moonshine treatment.

Dos Equis, with come crown royal on the side.
Taking it easy though.,. Off to Las Vegas Pahrump tomorrow. 21 stops, 750 cases, 18,000 lbs to mule in to homes. That… will not be so easy, I have a few days to drag my knuckles.

Booker's this afternoon. I take back when I said that all the bourbons taste just about the same. This is the best smelling and tasting whiskey I've ever had. What a nose and mouthfeel. Booker's smells like Christmas to me.
Now going for a few sips of Basil Hayden. Was drinking the Booker's at my grandpa's, he doesn't like Basil and says it's way too mild. Compared to Booker's I'd agree, but Booker's is $100 a bottle now which is insane.
And I'll have a Founder's porter.
