Had to go to Shreveport today for a doctor's appointment. Had gyro plate with tatzaki and hummus, dolmades and grilled eggplant with goat cheese. Nap time. ππ I wish we had a Greek place in these parts. All of those items are among my favorites. Albuquerque and Gallup have many Palestinians. Some open up Middle Easte4rn restaurants with Greek fare among other tidbits from the region . SO far, we have only two Palestinian families in Taos that I know of. One lady makes hummus, babganoush, tabouli for sale in markets. I need to step up and support her.

Roasted a chicken for the dog. SHould last her several days. I might try to eat some tonight but cannot say if that will work or not. Total food consumption today, two slices of toast one with butter one with a tablespoon of cheese. Lunch was a half cup of chicken noodle soup. Supper? I do not know. I will try to eat some vegetables and chicken. Not getting enough calories and very cold as a result. Just, I do not have not much interest in eating anymore.

Got down four fork fulls of salad and half of one chicken drumstick. I cannot eat. This is not going to end well. 500 to 600 calories per days is not enough in Winter.
I finally get to see a MD on Friday. I so hope he can do something which helps me. Five weeks, maybe six, I cannot recall. It has been such a long wait.
