Sorry that I did not mention it sooner, the info was out there, but the person that contacted me asked me not to post on public forums, as the tendency of others to be the town crier on multiple forums unleashes the horses.

Per Jensen, and Mark Ryan is all I need to know about this blend.
I hope Mark makes it to the West Coast pipe show…. I was all set to get a pound of St. James Perique before Covid turned the world upside down.
In hindsight, I should have had him ship it.

I'm sure that will influence your decision. 😜🤠

I don't see it sold out anywhere? They made a ton of this so I doubt it'll be sold out for days. I got a few tins. I've spoken with Mark Ryan about his forays into making perique from other leaf and a ton of the good leaf has to get thrown out. The same happened for this. I've got about 12 ounces or so of his special unreleased Acadian Bright Perique made from bright Virginia, and he told me when he made it, a few hundred pounds had to be thrown away. Some of the thin leaf just disintegrates basically and then not much great quality leaf remains after the fermentation and pressing treatment. The typical perique burley is a thicker leaf.
EDIT: The Uno is still in stock at P&C and SP. Not sure how/why it's showing sold out from Sutliff directly (tobaccopipes.com)
I've still not tried the Sutliff Barrel Aged Limited # 2 & 3 releases, they're sleeping in the cellar. The Barrel Aged #1 limited was a very excellent red VA with a good hint of apple brandy.
