It's been a few years since I ordered anything from Uhle's, I went on their website a few days ago and tried to place an order, but when it came to paying, it said they were unable to accept payments at this time. I sent them an email, no reply. I called twice and no answer. Did I miss some news about Uhle's? I did a search and found no information.

Dunno. Last time I tried to order tobacco from them,they wern't shipping.

I believe they were bought out by a tobacconist whose store is in Fall River Mass. Let your fingers check it out.

I haven't heard anything. I know they had some trouble getting their blending tobaccos a while back, but that's been long enough ago I'd imagine it's straightened out.
As for not hearing back, maybe they're taking a long MD weekend?

I believe they were bought out by a tobacconist whose store is in Fall River Mass. Let your fingers check it out. As I said in my post, I did do extensive searches and found no info. Doesn't sound like you have any either. |

On Monday call Regency Cigar in East Greenwich Rhode Island. Ask for Mike and ask him about the guy in Fall River. I admit I have been out of touch with them for a while but Mike will know the lowdown.

Out of curiosity I called Uhle's when I read this last Friday and they told me they are only taking phone orders for mail order tobacco.  |

I got through to Uhle's by phone, all is fine, they are only doing sales by phone right now. Thanks everyone for the follow up on the thread!
