I read the list, Francis of Assisi died in the early 1200's, I wonder where he was getting snuff from?

Catherine de Medici, Philip Neri, Teresa of Avila all seem to be randomly attributed to snuff use and it's not likely that the first two had even heard of tobacco at the point of death.
