Congrats on the Savinelli, by the way. I really dig it. Sleek and she looks like a care-free-clencher. Thanks Justin! Can't wait to receive it. Should be here Thursday. I will post a picture of everything when the package shows up. Congratulations on the Solani ABF. It's a tough one to get these days...... Hahaha Yeah. I'm actually afraid to talk about my favourite tobaccos online anymore. I'm going to start rating tobaccos on SmokingPipes in such a way as to throw people off their trail.

Too bad they quit making Tsuge Raijin. We could steer everyone to that tin of elephant crap and save the good stuff for us.
Nothing currently in the mail but I did get my blind samples from Perry yesturday along with some Mississippi River. I'll dig in to this sometime soon. I cant wait to embarrass myself.

Nothing exciting or extravagant this time. Thinking about old friends, and ordered a couple of ounces of Moe's Confetti and Storm Front, along with a new Cob.

Well, my daughter finally stopped by, she’s staying a while. I opened one package now and will wait until after lunch to open the other. This first package was from Walt. They look much better in hand👌👍👍👍. Thank you for thinking of me and your thoughtfulness is well appreciated. First tamper on the left will be kept on the table on the back deck, out of the sun and inclement weather. The second tamper will be carried in my top pocket while out and about. Perfect for tamping a pipe, even better for personal protection. Perfect for that permanent neck tie......lol The third tamper will be kept for use indoors, will definitely be used daily. All are well crafted, lovely finish and super smooth!!! Thanks again Walt, 😘😘😘. See you soon!!!!

Only info in description, to me does NOT look like a lock back. Self locking is more like it, no safety locking mechanism, Read: Rough Rider Small Lady Leg #RR1791. Closed length is 3 1/4 inches. Pretty 'Brown Stag Bone' genuine jigged bovine bone handles. A nice one for your pocket or collection. The knife in the photo is the actual knife you will receive. New in factory box. Never used, carried, or resharpened. USA shipping only. Free shipping! Missouri residents are required to add sales tax. See my ebay store for more great pocket knives.

Great looking pipe, Stone!! Enjoy it for many years of smoking pleasure!
Glad you like them Ted, got some more when I come up, for you!
Let me know what you think of that Mississippi River, Josh...starting to really like all the SPC blends! Just what I need more tobaccos to enjoy like I don't have enough.

Got my 100 cigar Humidor, really it looks like 75 to maybe 80 would be the number. Wiped it down with distilled water, had bought an extra digital humidity meter, threw it in with a humidity stick. It’s reading 64%, put 5 7.5 5 Vegas Gold in. Waiting on 40 assorted 5 Vegas Gold Friday, should be up and running then. This is fun.

Well, I opened package #2 and waited for permission to post a few pictures. Now, guess who sent another fabulous gift?? None other than Mr. Generosity....the “ Un-Scrooge “......lol. Our very own James👍👍👍👍 What more can I say that hasn’t been said in my PM. Thank you for thinking of me once again, once again you’ll be eventually hit👍 Thanks much James😘 Below are the two, like new hardly smoked pipes. The Mauro Armellini looks beautiful, looks heavy but easy for me to clench. Already has a rubber bit on the stem. Pipe #2 is an LHS Chubby Pot that I’m looking forward to smoke as well. Both pipes look good on me, so the mirror said.....lol. Also below are 4 tins of aged McClelland tobacco’s, which you can see what blends on the labels. The next pipe I smoke will be the Mauro Armellini fatta a mano!!!

Thanks Jason ^^^^^^^^^ that LHS is a beauty but the picture of that Mauro Armellini fatta a mano doesn’t give it proper justice. Looks so much better in hands. James must own some collection of pipes for him to be gifting some real beauties lately to me and other members of the Patch. He’s one AMAZING person 👍👍👍👍👍
PS I left the sterling silver band on the Mauro Armellini fatta a mano in its naturally tarnished state. One day may polish??

Both those pipes are winners, Ted...great tobaccos, too! That Scrooge is one hell of a great guy...always thinking of his friends and fellow Patch members.

Just received the Rough Rider Pipe knife I purchased from eBay for under $20.00 delivered. Extremely pleased with the overall craftsmanship. If this pipe knife was made in the States it would sell for $60.00 or more. Surprisingly, brass liners were used and that “ notch “ you see on the main blade in the above pictures was designed for lighting wood matches. Does the job flawlessly, the blade cleans easily. So, if you had any doubts about purchasing this knife “ made in China “, be assured you can purchase one with high recommendations.👍👍👍👍👍
