At the Post Office was a smooth Volcano by a Maryland pipemaker. Was it this one? ;-)

I asked Jason for a pipe with design flair and hand comfort, so he stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. One of these days we'll be able to say we knew him when.

I'm relieved and happy that it meets your satisfaction. I'm always worried that someone's gonna say "WHAT IS THIS PIECE OF CRAP?!". And... that's why it takes me so darned long to make one!

Cramps....very, very unlikely that someone would say that about any of your pipes...you take the time to get it right and you are making a really good second career for your self.
Duane, very nice selection on that pipe!

Duane, very nice selection on that pipe! I know, but the artist is his own worst critic, and all that. Anxiety doesn't help either. There always remains the possibility that will happen. Gotta try to make sure it doesn't... ;-)

If I had to guess, about 5" long, 1.6" tall, between 1.75"-2" wide on the bottom, chamber about 1.25" deep.

Got a pipe today... a small Rhodesian, it measures 4-3/4"L x 1-3/4"H x 1-1/2"W with a 3/4" chamber 1-1/4" deep. It has a hand cut light amber acrylic stem and a Wenghe wood shank inlay. This pipe is gorgeous!! Pics tomorrow as my camera battery died and is being recharged.

I ordered the following:
- GH Brown Bogey, 8 oz;
- Denicool Pipe Crystals.
I'm glad you like it! I'm relieved and happy that it meets your satisfaction. I'm always worried that someone's gonna say "WHAT IS THIS PIECE OF CRAP?!". And... that's why it takes me so darned long to make one! You're a perfectionist, Jason. (I am too.*) The anxiety isn't fun, but it's also why your pipes are exceptional. Just make sure you step back and give yourself credit for your hard work and achievements. * This may be why we're pipe smokers - it's a coping mechanism.

More beautiful pipes. Have you named the twins yet?
Reminds me of my twins, 1 appears to have a "root"
