Hi guys. My wife, Gail is going in Thursday to have her thyroid removed. Cancer. A very high survival rate cancer, and she is not even remotely worried, but I will take all the prayers we can get. I have been humbled the past few years; lost many friends and my oldest boy. I have confidence that everything will go well. Surgery is on Thursday. Thanks.

Surgery went well. Awaiting results from some tests. The tumor was small and the doc is pretty sure it was isolated to only the thyroid. Some slight concern because of the proximity to her esophagus. They want to make sure there are no cancer cells outside of the thyroid. Praying that she is now cancer free. Thanks for the prayers and thoughts, gents.
