Yes Bob, was watching and you could see pitcher felt really bad, that boys parents and the boy are what’s right with the world, need more like him. Made my old heart flutter!

That story went out everywhere and rightly so. Made my day.
Apparently there's a player from Utah in hospital after falling from a bunk bed at the Series. I hope he's OK, but what a tough break.

I used to go to my friends Little League games and I was traumatized by the behavior of parents. The kids were always great. My mom was a huge fan and I am sure that I disappointed her by having zero interest in playing baseball.

My mom was a huge fan and I am sure that I disappointed her by having zero interest in playing baseball. I saw the story of the two kids on another site and some of the “adult” comments were disturbing. They made the bad coach on karate kid look like a compassionate fellow. There are a lot of parents that are horrible mentors. |
