Glad to hear that you're sleeping better too. My sleep has been good lately, but I have so many other issues that I am thankful for that. It took several months to find a med that works pretty well for me, but Lunesta seems to be doing the trick.
Good vibes winging your way for your health issues. Lunesta worked best for me. My current doctor won't prescribe it. Before it fixed my sleep in one or two nights. I never had to take it every night. Worked great for my buddy Jim too. One problem we had is that we woke up with a mouth that tasted cat box every morning. I hope you don't have that issue. Still, it beats not sleeping. |

Managed to shovel front porch/steps. Bib overalls over usual house-rags, snail-mail in (just junk for re-cycle). To next move, laundry to dryer.
Now 31 out, good temps to do it, calm, bit of sun now/then

No use getting much dressed, going no-where. Staying in usual Haband house-rags for remainder of the day. Am comfortable in same, nobody here to comment otherwise

Went out to get my walk in, thinking it was a warm, sunny day. Till the wind hit me. I ducked back inside to grab a wool overshirt. Jeans and the usual, otherwise.

75 & clear, a local record for the day. In from sitting out on front porch just watching traffic & a few scantaling clad gals walk by. In camo shorts, plain tee, pocket vest, wide brim hat, know better than to wash up any winter clothes for the season yet

66, just a few clouds, mid-weight Haband semi-clean house rags. Again some time sitting outside with a cigar, normal traffic activity, some gal-watching, nothing exciting, just nice to sit outside for awhile
