Shoe inserts to cushion the gait, leg braces to hold me upright when I stand, covered with Levi’s, then a Navy themed tee shirt to cover the scars from fixin a broken heart and lastly hearing aids that can be turned off when the wife is telling me the latest internet trash.
Listening to the Braves / Washington baseball game...

Watching Benedict Cumberbatch in a movie set in 1960. He wears a Trilby for most of the exterior scenes. Very stylish back then if one has the head for it. Long and narrow. I have a couple of trilbys that I wear in winter months. It seems to work better on me than the peaked cap I used to wear. Being of BELGIAN descent, I do not have the head shaped for a Trilby. So, a flat hat or a Hunter's cap.

Yellow boiler suit with black work boots and sash, red Energy Dome ziggurat helmet. Are we not men? Devolution! Hiking boots, red striped socks, jorts (don't judge me!), an ancient Fishbone tee, bursitis compression sleeve, black crow earrings, and a Sox cap.

Somewhat cleanish Haband house-rags, ankle socks, drawstring shorts, non-descript tee, pocket vest, no hat inside (let the few hair folicals left air out). Did somebody mention "undies"?

Good point. The crow earrings might be too dressy.

not to exceed mid 50s here, mid-weight Haband long drawstring pants, tee, thermal top, vest with pockets, house shoes for now. About time to wash all shorts, thin weight longs & put away. All now clean!

I'm still in flannel owl PJs, but it's finally a cool morning, so maybe it'll be long pants today. I'm going to the dentist, so I'll avoid low cut tops. I probably shouldn't wear my lucky lacrosse helmet, either.

Reasonably clean-ish ankle socks, mid-weight Haband drawstring pants, tee & thermal top, vest with pockets, same 'ol thruout the day, add jacket if rain happens to stop & do walks. The un-fashion police would be happy

OK, OK, here's my outfit of the day: just my felted cat hair booties. So the questions of the day are basically (a) How did you get those booties on the cat and (b) What did you apply to stop the bleeding?

I do have a web of faint scars on my forearms from working as a vet tech. There's nothing like a fractious cat to keep you on your toes.

Cotton bath robe, t shirt, clogs. Had to go to the front gate dressed like that to discuss water issues with an irrigator. At least I put trousers on when completing my rounds.

Spanx, mesh top & combat boots ... informal attire day at the hospital. We never had that. I don't want to see folks get more casual than kitty-print scrubs, anyway. My live-in seamstress made me some pretty wild scrub tops, though. Skechers, brown socks with pink roses, olive twill slightly flared trousers, stripey long-sleeve in autumn colors, olive blouse with tiny floral print. And a Victorian fascinator with feathers of various extinct bird species. It really ties it all together.
