Toulouse-Lautrec, Famous French painter was also pipe smoker.
He was born into aristocracy in 1864.
He known as post-impressionist. Lautrec having medical condition where legs never grew beyond size of child. The rest of body normal size. He spent most of time avoiding high class people like Zarnicky and developing affinity for brothels and prostitutes. This, subject of many of his paintings. Lautrec always smoking favourite pipe after visiting prostitutes but he preparing pipe before “visit”.
Because of condition, he having difficult time getting tenon to going into mortise. Prostitutes often ask, “Too tight Toulouse”?
