A guy at NASPC last summer brought an 8 ouncer of GLP Telegraph Hill and it exploded on his drive down from New York. Which then reminds me of an ordeal when two cans of soda completely exploded in my bag on a train in Colorado. Boy, was that an awkward situation to explain away at first! They made a loud, audible pop from in my bag and my bag jumped.

I sent the Bat (Baccy Activation Task force) signal out to Greg, if he is attending the Las Vegas pipe show, the Arizona pipe club will surround him in our Kevlar reinforced T-shirts to back him up.

I was working late in a grocery store in the 60s and they had just received a load of 2 liter sodas that were apparently over-carbonated. After the AC cut off they started exploding. All we could do is wait until they stopped.

No wonder. 😁 In Texas I have to store everything in air conditioning.
